- Daily rates are room only, inclusive of 2 Drinking waters/day, Amenities, Maid & Linen services, Satellite TV., Wi-Fi, Fitness, Swimming Pool, Car Parking.
- Monthly rates are inclusive of 1 ABF., Refrigerator, Microwave Oven, Color TV., Electric Stove, Personal Safe, Bathtub, Satellite TV., Wi-Fi, Fitness, Swimming Pool, Car Parking and Housekeeping service included changing of all bedding and linens 3 times a week.
- American Breakfast rate Baht 150 net/person/day and Baht 3,000 net/person/month.
- Monthly rate get free laundry 60 pieces/month.
- Monthly rate get free Electricity 350 units & free water 10 Units/month. (Electricity charge at rate Baht 7 net/Unit, Water charge at rate Baht 40 net/Unit).
